1. We booked a two bed room suite that was small and difficult to move in as it felt the size of an airplane restroom.

3. it`s really a pretty hotel but it has very poor service and is too noisy, it`s really difficult to rest in a pretty.

4. Usually we can tough out a difficult situation like a heat wave with no ac but throw in the noisy street traffic and a broken elevator (only went up to the 6th floor, we were staying on the 7th).

5. but they decided to paint the elevator on sunday morning so no one could use it and the staircase was super narrow so if you had bags it was difficult to get by passing people.

7. Every day they gave us wonderful recommendations on places to dine close by (something difficult to do among all of the terrific establishments in San Francisco) and great tips on how to get around and things to see that most tourists don`t experience.

8. We were on the 7th floor and even though this hotel is wonderful, it is old and you can definitely hear the noise from the people in the street, and the sirens from the firetrucks at all hours of the night, made it difficult to stay asleep.
