2. " Beside the lack of Air Conditioning (Another thing not listed on the amenities), the noise level of the traffic on Geary Street, and the drunks from the bar was of such a level till 0400 each morning that you could not hear the TV, let alone sleep.

Please beware: Best Western Hotels are individually owned and operated so the only recourse you have is lodging a complaint against that particular hotel if something happens and while they are very friendly they are unable to prevent the hotel from charging you in the event that you leave because of their lack of quality.

4. Here`s what I did notice: ongoing construction, construction crew using the one elevator that exists in the hotel, lack of standard amenities (room had only one working electrical outlet), door man that doesn`t exists at most times of the day, bathroom which looks like it was remodeled/fixed on a shoestring budget (silicone caulking was abound throughout the tiles).
