The shutters were broken, the shower temp would change from hot to cold back to hot, the ceiling in the room had major water damage, limited tv channels (15), maid service left much to be desired when they did do the cleaning, the windows haven't been cleaned in years, and the hardwood floors were filthy.

4. The elevator was broken more than half the time we were there (we stayed 2 nights), so it was a pain to carry all our luggage up the many flights of stairs.

5. Arriving jet lagged from Australia I wasn't thrilled to have a toilet that didn't flush but could get it to work by sticking my hand in the water down the back and pulling the broken bit up.
