1. The reservation agent at the front dest was most helpful as well, unfortunately we didn't get her name, but she assured me they would be able to find us a room suitable for 4, even though the website showed none available - and she came through for us.

3. well I, stayed here the last week of August through to the first of September, unfortunately my other half was put in the hospital within the first few hours after arriving in San Francisco which caused huge problems as you can imagine.

4. unfortunately, we arrived around midnight on a Friday night (after a very long flight from the East Coast) to be told that our reservation for 2 beds was 'only a request' and the desk clerk then directed us to a handicapped accessible room on a low floor, no view, with a queen bed that turned out to have literally no space for a roll away.
