We visited this hotel as part of our honeymoon trip, as a 5 star hotel it was of course great but we were messed about with our booking, as they didn't have the correct room available we were temporarily put into a free room and told we would be transferred by 12 the next day, but the next room wasn't ready till 4 the next day and then they forgot to move our luggage-a bit of a palaver.

2. The main disappointement with the room was the standard of cleaning which was very poor indeed - on our final day prior to checking out we did the usual cursory search of the room to check for mislaid socks etc and on checking under the bed, we were disgusted to find an inch of dust and loads of litter and mess along with two television remote controls.
