1. The room was an outside room overlooking Pine Street with a view of Powell Street so the noice from the cable car was very minimal and did not cause any problems.

2. Walking down is not a problem, but walking back up the hill is not easy and my parents could not manage it (they are in their 70's).

7. (Only mention because it caused serious problems for this hotel) My luck was it all worked out, I was in a very quaint room that the bedding was so lush and comfy.

8. Only problem we found was that the bathroom was just a tad too small (to be getting ready at the same time) and the shower head was made for someone who was 4 feet tall (poor planning).

9. This accidentally got charged twice to the room, but as soon as I pointed it out to the front desk, they promptly fixed the problem so no harm done there - just good thing I checked the bill.
