1. Beyond the antiquated decor and carpeting throughout the hotel, and the fact that the amenities were limited to shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, I didn't expect the following: - whitish stains on the chair and the work area (let your mind wander, mine did) - yellow stains on the roof of the bathroom above the shower - hairs stuck on the bathroom ceiling and walls - minibar was broken with no ETA for a fix ('they will get to it sometime soon')To me this says laziness.
"Overpriced (no surprise), Unclean (big surprise) " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/13/2012 Vote
2. No drawers in the 'access' room for clothes, the grout in shower was filthy, the shower tiles were broken, the plastic shower head cost about $5, the soap scum in the tub was layers thick.

3. Other annoyances relating to our room during our stay included the bathroom light which came on and off during the night as the movement sensor must have been faulty; the sink plug mechansim was broken on arrival although it was fixed the following day after my leaving a note; the housekeeping team were very poor when it came to the replenishment of the stocks of tea/coffee/milk - most days we were left 2 coffee sachets (one decaf and one normal), 2 small milks and often left only one disposable cup.

5. It looked as if nobody had vacuumed around the furniture or base boards in a few months, the shower had mildew build up along the grout lines, the towel warmer was broken, there were stains on the walls, carpet and doors, and everything just looked dingy, dinged up, and poorly cared for.

6. 'Joe' arrived in very good time and determined that the wood in the box spring was broken and that we should not use the bed.
