1. We had a problem with our mattress the first night but a friendly desk clerk cheerfully moved us to another room when notified of the problem.

5. We mentioned this to the front desk and they began to work on the problem right away; however, when we got back from dinner it was late and the bed wasn't fixed.

8. One downside to the location is that it is located on a busy street and the early morning garbage truck was very noisy, though ear plugs solved this problem.
