1. A lot of the staff speaks very broken english and is hard to understand.

2. locks broken, got new room after told 'there were no empty rooms' told him he would have to pay for a new room in another hotel, suddenly a vacant room was available, STILL broken locks but faced a wall - with the LOUDEST air conditioner in the world, not happy.

3. Evidently, only the crappy rooms in the front of the hotel have king beds, with a fire escape with broken windows that don`t lock with all of the noise of the city down below throughout the night including construction noise from another hotel.
