1. He was quite arrogant and rude when we did check in and seemed to have an issue that we booked through booking.

2. Rooms are a little stuffy, which could potentially be an issue in a hot summer as opening the window makes things a little noisy.

3. The breakfast was not amazing, just pastries and muffins etc and I don't think I saw the bar open once in the 2 weeks we were there but then San Francisco has so many good bars it wasn't really an issue.

7. Only downside is that front facing rooms have issue with traffic noise and the Garbage trucks early morning are the best alarm clock you could have.
