1. If anything, I only have two minor complaints: 1) the bathroom lighting could be better (it helps for those of us who wear makeup.

6. My only complaint was the noise level --- we were very aware of our neighbor's comings and goings, and the street noise seemed very loud as well (we were on the 7th floor so I was a bit surprised at how close the traffic sounded from our room).

8. We traveled by BART from the airport, and the uphill stroll to get to the hotel from the train station was the only complaint I had.

9. Only complaints are if you face the street it can be a bit noisy and the wireless was almost non-existent also the breakfast was only sugary pastries and drinks and basic fruit.
