1. With the exception of room being small and a really tiny bathroom, its not a bad hotel.

5. I have only stayed in a hotel as bad as this one once in my life and it was $39 a night and the only hotel in that city and this one was $159/night and was just as bad as that roach motel I stayed in.

6. On the plus side, the hotel was clean; the staff were friendly and helpful; the free wi-fi was useful; and the complimentary breakfast wasn't too bad (if a little boring - just the same selection of pastries every day).

7. My husband badly sprained his foot while in San Fransisco, the help and support we recieved from hotel staff was fantastic.

8. The beds were comfortable and even though we were facing the street, the noise from the road was not too bad after midnight.

9. The check in was simple and quick, the only thing is parking is quite far away and there is only a small area to unload so we had to drive around a couple of times and if the weather is bad then you may get wet.
