1. CONS: Panhandlers greet you as you enter the hotel, long waits for your car when you valet, very noisy due to the club across the street, urban suite = no phone next to the bed thus you must leap out of bed and run to the other room if it rings, musty smelling room.

8. LOTS of homeless people and their smells and the downtown area is smelly like garbage and urine :(--We ate at an amazing restuarant, Kuleto's, part of the Villa Florence hotel.
