1. The only downside is that if you're on the street side of the hotel, you WILL hear some noise late into the evening since there is a nightclub directly across the street.

2. The only slight downside was the low water pressure from the shower heads, and a bit of noise from the street side (the hotel faces a nightclub - Infusion Lounge - which looked very appealing but I didn't get the chance to visit this).

3. One downside is the BUMS begging for money and very rude about it.

4. One very small downside was that the room was a bit cluttered - desk, sofa, charir which meant that for 2 people we struggled to find anywhere to put our suitcaes.

6. One downside is that it doesnt have a fitness room onsite, but they were very accommodating about using the fitness center of its sister hotel just one block away.

8. The only downside to my room was the noise of the exhaust fan on the roof above my room (503) However I soon realized it was a positive.
