1. CONS: Panhandlers greet you as you enter the hotel, long waits for your car when you valet, very noisy due to the club across the street, urban suite = no phone next to the bed thus you must leap out of bed and run to the other room if it rings, musty smelling room.

2. There was a strong chemical smell in the hall and room on arrival that lingered for 3 days, maybe pesticide spraying.

3. I want to know how and why the hotel smells like cookies, except in my room, which smelled fresh and clean.
