8. Pros - quick walk to Moscone; inexpensive; staff tried to be attentiveCons - many homeless people, who could at times be quiet aggressive in their panhandling, lingering near the entrance to the hotel; tiny rooms - very difficult for 2 people to stay in 1 room/nowhere to store 2 suitcases; noisy AC/lots of street noise (nightclub is across the street); cleanliness was marginal.
