1. This hotel comes very close to the full five stars (I would award four and a half stars, given the opportunity, however this is not possible), even considering the fact that there lacks services common to establishments of such rating, such as a gym, spa or 24 hour room service.

6. The tv was large but lacked high def although I must say that no one I know goes to San Francisco to watch tv in a hotel room.

7. I gave the room 4 out of 5 because there were a few minor things I thought were lacking, such as no mirror outside the bathroom, and no full length mirror, and the towels, while they looked to be new, were not very soft.
