4. But the weather being what it is in San Francisco, A/C is not necessary, though the lack of one is unfortunate on the one or two days a year it gets warm enough to need in-room climate control.

5. unfortunately, due to the central location, once the windows are open, street noise is an issue, so I did not sleep soundly every night due to having to open the window to cool the room, then the street noise was bothersome.

6. unfortunately there is a sink in the room itself (not in the bathroom), and the biggest drawback is that there is no dresser for clothes; however, for the price of the room and the overall quality of the hotel, these are small complaints.

7. unfortunately their advertised free internet simply did not work and several calls to the front desk eventually yielded the answer that someone would look into it the next day, however it didn't work the next day either.
