4. I saw some reviews about noise complaints coming from the street and I can see how that would be an issue but i took a sleeping pill so i didn't notice it.

8. The staff make this hotel, late on our fist night I was jet laggede and couldn't sleep so wnated to watch TV - our remote control didn't work and so two members of staff came up and helped us fix it without any complaints.
