1. The good: Price, location, friendly staff, clean (shared) bathroomThe bad: No air conditioner, no desk (budget room), tiny (shared) bathroom - once you're in, a little tricky getting out, complimentary breakfast served in the lobby - 'Excuse me, where do you serve breakfast?', 'It's right there.

2. The bed was never completely made up with the decorative pillows that were on the bed at check in, and the towels, as bad as they were, were never replaced in the same spot.

3. Having the shared bathroom wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

5. Only bad thing : The rooms are small, but as it is my only experience in San Francisco I don't know if it is already the case.
"Not expensive at all " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/15/2011 Vote
6. Another bad thing was that the light on the corridors was not turned off or down during night, so you always had some light shining in to your room, which I did not mind, but others might.
"Great Location in the Financial District, small but cute rooms " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/5/2011 Vote
7. From the 4th floor (North facing side) there was some street noise, but it wasn't too bad except for the night when the SF Giants beat the Colts to move onto the World Series.
"Tiny rooms, but clean, cheap, and conveniently located " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/1/2010 Vote
8. The location is excellent for anyone taking public transportation (which I highly recommend, since traffic and parking are very bad).
