1. Street noise a little bit of a problem, but we heard no one in the rooms next to us and the hotel was fully booked.

3. When there was a problem with my television, the staff immediately relocated me to another (much nicer) room---and I have to say that said staff was among the friendliest I have ever encountered in all of my travels.

9. We didn't realise when we booked that we'd have to share the toilet/bathroom facilities with the rest of the corridor though it was never a problem as we were always up bright and early.

10. While there is no a/c (there is a ceiling fan and you can open the windows), I slept well and did not have the noise problem expressed by some others.
