1. The only negative is the street noise from having to leave the windows open due to the rooms not having AC.

4. And very important, the staff: I've been in other hotels and had somewhat strange experiences (I mean negative), but at The Mosser staff was friendly and competent.

5. I could be negative and say that the room was warm and couldn't be cooled, and the TV reception was terrible but in a city like SFO, I wasn't there to watch TV, and I don't mind sleeping without the covers on.

7. negatives:The toilets seemed to get blocked a lot, twice at night I had to go upstairs to use the loo as the ones on our floor were blocked.
