We would have added an extra night on to our stay, but the Obamas were visiting San Francisco so we decided to clear out to
avoid
the congestion and street closings.

Location & deco style was good, but since just accross the street is Marriott for only $10 more a night & this place has no hotel quality service - AVOID if you can.

Couldn't control the room temperature properly and could hear every noise in the hotel (try and
avoid
a room near the stairs, ice machine etc).

Also, if you check in after 4pm on a saturday, you can find free street parking and

The hotel in general has quite a quirky old fashioned feel and

The continental breakfast is a joke - you'll get crappy brewed coffee and the ability to grab one or two very small sponge-like muffiny type of things you would normally
avoid
in seedy petrol stations.

I live in Northern California and the Mosser has become my place to stay when I want to be in The City late and
