1. I was a little sceptical about the whole shared bath thing but it really wasn't an issue at all.

3. We were on the 8th floor, so street noise wasn't an issue except for one night when someone was power washing something down in the alley below.

4. Stayed New Years for 2 nights and were close to our music venue at The Warfield, an economical queen bedroom with a shared bath, no issues.
