1. Having been to the Hyatt in Australia I had high expectations coming to this one, unfortunately the level of quality and features was very disappointing .

3. My room unfortunately faced the street and it was rather noisy from traffic early in the mornings.

4. The only thing that was unfortunate was that the hotel rooms can only have 2 beds (we asked our travel agent to request a rollaway for one of our boys before we left), howevr city regulations don't allow more than 2 beds in each room.

5. unfortunately, for the hotel, guests in the room were smoking in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor.

6. unfortunately in a great luxury hotel town there is no 5 star product from the chain, with the conversion of the old Park Hyatt into a Starwood joint.

10. The spacious guestroom also features a multifunction workstation with an ergonomic chair that will please the traveler who unfortunately has to tow work along.
