2. A couple of small issues (which by no means would prevent me from staying again), the elevator was a tad slow and the TV reception was not all that hot on some channels.

10. The hotel is understaffed; the rooms are old and small ( I was supposed to have a pool view - wound up looking out at the roof over the restaurant); the valet 'service' (?) was very slow; and worst of all was that the concierge service is severely lacking.
