We had a room on the third floor over looking the Jacuzzi, other members of our party had a room at the far end of the Pool, this was never an issue with privacy or noise, the pool area is open from 7am - 9pm, each room has net curtains and a blind and from the outside you could not see into the rooms (maybe you might see in if all room lights were on and it was late evening but you would pull down the blind if you were in the room).
