1. All the really nice hotels are not in the wharf even brands like the top chains their locations down here are lacking, not special, old, dirty etc.

The room lacked the following :1- no mini bar fridge ( useful when you want to store your own drinks and food )2- no iron included 3- tv reception on many channels was bad4- no bath, just showerFinal verdict, I would have chosen holiday inn express opposite it for half the price as I stayed in there last year so could compare the 2.

3. my only complaints are the lack of bar fridge in the room and the sliding door into the bathroom wasn't very private.

4. so you could imagine my horror when we walked into our room to find it was shabby, old, dark & lacking any form of luxury or warmth.

5. The hotel's design is is very modern/minimalist, and though it was insignificant to us, some travelers may be put off by the lack of bathroom storage or towel racks.
