1. The only negative side is that the rooms need a face lift (the rooms are clean and comfortable).

2. A couple of negatives, wifi isn't included in the room rate, which we found as standard in most other hotels, and I found it a bit chilly in the shower because there was just a screen, no curtain or cubicle.

4. The negatives were the $45/night valet parking fee, the dark room (lighting was insufficient for reading away from the beds), and expensive breakfast (altho' Boudin's bakery and some decent Mexican spots were nearby for breakfast).
