1. I forgot to get the gentlemans name at the front desk who helped us but he did make up for the inconvenience of making us wait for 30 minutes while they figured out the rooms.

7. Parking is too expensive and there is no self parking, only valet, which is a kind of inconvenience when you need to access your car quickly even just to retrieve something for it, you have to wait in the valet line.
