I forgot to get the gentlemans name at the front desk who helped us but he did make up for the
inconveni
ence of making us wait for 30 minutes while they figured out the rooms.

Second: pool was closed for renovations, no prior warning, no price adjustment for that, instead we were offered to go 5 blocks away and swim at Radisson for free -

The elevators are a little
inconvenient
, since you have to go downstairs a half a flight to get to the main bank of elevators.

A walk-in shower instead of a bath tub was the only

ence because after an intercontinental flight we like to soak in a hot bath (but a shower uses less water.

The front desk was extremely helpful (as were all staff) and apologized for the

ence and moved us to a quieter room with a better bed.

Parking is too expensive and there is no self parking, only valet, which is a kind of
inconveni
ence when you need to access your car quickly even just to retrieve something for it, you have to wait in the valet line.
