All the really nice hotels are not in the wharf even brands like the top chains their locations down here are lacking, not special, old,

The blinds were full of dust, the floor not vacumed properly, noisy aircon, airvents full of dust (i have pictures), the bath was

, corridors uncleaned in 3 days etc etc.

Also, Fishermans Wharf is very touristy,
dirty
& tacky so I would recommend anyone visiting the area, to stay in the gorgeous Union Square and then just catch the cable car down to Fishermans Wharf for a look.

Room was spotless with the exception of pretty
dirty
windows (on the inside) that even after my husband drew a very visible frowning face on the window the first day, it stayed there throughout our stay.

Fisherman's wharf is okay but very busy,
dirty
and grubby - go once but DO NOT bother with Boudin's, it's just a rip-off and the food was rubbish.

What's Bad: DIRTY bathroom with terrible lighting and no fan, no microwave, no refrigerator, have to ask for clean towels and bed linens if you stay over, they do not automatically provide these.
