He went into our room and agreed that it did had a smell,he picked up the phone and called the front desk and got us another room on the same floor just a few doors down even helped us with our bags,only complaint is the parking but no matter where you stay at in Fisherman's Wharf you will pay for parking,but the valet was more than helpful when we needed our car,he also gave us excellent instructions on walking the area,The whole staff was very helpful and friendly.
