2. not a bad hotel, just that the staff were abusive, unhelpful, sour, but then i found most people in San Francisco like that sadly, a beautiful city if you take the people out of it, sad.

10. i shouted that there was a line here, and was ignored, at checkout, i was asked if i enjoyed my stay, i replied yes, apart from the breakfast line to which the reply was yeah i know, its bad.
