It's a
mad
scrum for the dreadful food (rubbery eggs regardless of whether they were scrambled or as an omelette), and hordes of people shoving to pile it all up (and quite a few seemed to be packing it into their bags too) and not enough tables.

because he said the hotels had different ownership/management-- understandable by really not our problem when we requested to be in the other hotel) Finally after 10 uncomfortable minutes explaining the situation and making our point very clear that the reservations line

The access to the internet in the business centre is limited to the over 18 year olds which drove my kids

Good sized room and well looked after by the staff, the location is just about right for exploring we walked back from union square a couple of times, the yanks thought us

but we English dont mind walking a few miles, on a warm spring day.

I think the negative reviews are both from people who confused the Holiday Inn Express with the Holiday Inn just a block or so away, and were
mad
that they couldn`t get help with their luggage to go over to the other place.
"Very Nice but don`t confuse it with the Holiday Inn just down the street. "
