1. In decades of traveling, this is by far the worst hotel experience Ive seen, and since it impacts our customers, we'll be looking at other options.

5. I was apprehensive from the start, ready for the worst, but when I arrived, the bellman gave simple directions (there were 6 of us, to include a 13 y/o 8 y/o and 3 y/o.
