1. We came to Chicago for a long weekend to see a Cubs game and unfortunately after we purchased the baseball tickets realized there was a very large convention in town at the same time.

Tony immediately appreciated our predicament and ensured that we would be well accomodated for our stay to meet each family members needs, and also went above and booked us an additional night at our request, at a discounted rate - which unfortunately I later had to cancel (as I was ill and we ended our travel plans rather abruptly) with no difficulty at all.
