1. This did not really bother me as i only turned on the tv one of the 7 days; however, others did complain about this.

3. They changed their tune to say they 'try' to accomidate requests but don't guarentee it (quite different to when I booked it) Did move the next day however(after alot of complaining).

6. The first room I was given smelled like cigarette smoke - when I complained to the front desk we were moved immediately to a different room.

8. Read some reviews on the hotel and was a little concerned, everyone complaining about using two elevators, and how terrible the people who worked there were.

9. To be fair, we did not complain about it so the hotel didn`t have a chance to correct it but it made sleeping a little tough.
