Since we were on the 22nd floor, the street noise was
hard
ly noticeable.

It's
hard
to believe this is a 3 star hotel, I have stayed in much nicer 2 1/2 star hotels in downtown Chicago.

The view was probably quite dramatic, but it was
hard
to tell because the window seemed not to have been washed since 2003.

I was a little worried about parking but the Holiday Inn MartPlaza has an open air parking lot just outside the front doors and while it was a bit
hard
to find at first once we got oriented to where it was in relation to all other places we were going it was great.

Another, when we asked for a breakfast recommendation (how
hard
is it to make a decent breakfast?) was actually not open when we got there, and when it did open, it was truly the worst breakfast we ever had.
"Overpriced and undergood. "

From there, another elevator takes the guests up to the hotel floors, and I estimate that the handicapped accessible rooms are 150 yards away from the elevator -
hard
work for anyone with walking aids or wheelchairs.
"Why are handicapped accessible rooms so far away from the elevator? "
