1. Called down AGAIN to the front desk where another extremely rude individual told me that they didn't handle those problems and that I'd have to call housekeeping.

5. Manager also started with brief apology, but then also told me i was in the wrong room, and didnt I get a note under the door informing me of this problem (not sure what a note would do in terms of my actually getting a shower) .

8. Not really a problem on weekdays however on Sunday's the plaza closes and it isn't well signposted to help get to the street level to walk round to hotel.
