1. My only complaint was that because we were four people sharing the room, the beds were a little small.

4. My one complaint is having to take one elevator to the lobby, walk across the lobby and then take a different elevator to the street.

8. I don't understand the complaints of reviewers who comment about the walk to sites in Chicago--the L is connected to the Merchandise Mart which is connected to the hotel.
