1. Overall this hotel delivers a decent product but has some service issues around the general warmth and welcome.

After getting nowhere with Hotwire in disputing the Queen vs Double issue and with limited assistance (due to their own restrictions, not due to a lack of understanding) with the reservations department, I decided to contact Tony Miu directly, after seeing his name and responses to these Trip Advisor posts.

9. I dealt with the front office manager and it was taken care of, no issues, no problems and thinks like this will make me go there whenever things are better.
