1. All of this while we were trying to sleep with our 'Do Not disturb' sign on the door.

2. Despite this sign the cleaning lady knocked, then proceeded to try and open our door only to make a huge bang against the security lock, then realizing we really meant 'Do Not disturb' left a note saying she tried to clean our room.

5. The only positive thing out of this hotel stay was that the manager did call back, I explained calmly to her what had happened with my first check in and now the maid coming into my do not disturb room.

9. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very nice and good sized, the view was fantastic, nothing was broken or in need of repair or updating, and we were never disturbed by noise.
