2. When we returned to the hotel highly annoyed the girl at the front desk was snarky and rude when we asked about entertainment after an hour of her telling us to 'go on a walk' I inform her I want my car pulled around I want to go home she then agrees to upgrade us to a suite.

3. The hotel outisde is really nice, the main hall too, the checkin was not really smooth and the front desk agent was a bit rude.
