1. It was located next to the elevator shaft we got no sleep they refused to change the room at 7 am we call down to complain we got no sleep and we were told to pack out bags and leave, our car would be out front.

3. We booked through Magellan Vacations (which was recommended on Trip Advisor) which is a luxury hotel reservation service and they are available 24/7 so I decided to call them and complain as well.

7. Luckily we had a second tap in the lounge, but other guests from normal sized rooms complained a lot and got upgraded.
