2. When we returned to the hotel highly annoyed the girl at the front desk was snarky and rude when we asked about entertainment after an hour of her telling us to 'go on a walk' I inform her I want my car pulled around I want to go home she then agrees to upgrade us to a suite.

6. I could go on, but after 4 days of a bunch of annoying stupid stuff and not a friendly face (with the exception of Tony at the front door), we will never stay at this place again.
