1. First we were told sure that wouldn't be a problem, then received a call that our current suite was booked and would have to move to a standard room we said fine, then we were told we could stay in the room and then another call to see if we were checking out and then received a voicemail stating we wouldn't have to change rooms.

2. The meeting rooms were not set up to our specifications and when we called several times before the meetings were to start to fix the problems, we could get a response and had to go on without without flip charts and handheld mikes.

5. Fortunately, they found out they had a problem before we arrived and had arranged for a nice room at another hotel close by for 2 of the 3 nights.

6. we had a small problem with the bathroom lights being out, and this problem was resolved within 30 minutes of a phone call to the desk.

7. This wasn't really a problem as I used the fitness center each morning and the dressing room was well equipped and had lockers with electronic locks.
