1. One poor server covered the entire bar, and the service and food delivery time were as slow as you would expect.

7. Disliked the poor wireless internet reception in the room (wired worked great and they did have a long cable), low water pressure in shower, thin doors that slam shut.

8. It is unquestionably in a good, but business oriented neighborhood--other than the CVS across the street, it is about 3 city blocks to any shopping/dining/entertainment venues- (dining choices are severely limited at the Fairmont) so for my purposes, the location is average to poor.
