5. Only downside to our stay was with 4 weddings at the hotel and the jazz fest that weekend, the hallways were a bit noisier than I would have liked in the wee hours.

7. The only downsides: the concierge folks generally didn`t know much about the area or Chicago (perhaps they were students, like some of the young front desk staff seemed to me); and the room shower needed updating.
