5. Staff was expertly trained and uniformly welcoming, rooms were clean, and the service desk responded so quickly to a problem with our shower that I barely had time to get dressed before the workman arrived.

8. Even though it was somewhat of a zoo with all the people in the morning, the staff did an outstanding job of keeping the area well stocked and clean and there were always tables available, all things that are common problems that I have experienced at other Hampton Inns.
