1. Service at the front desk was poor (two different people had trouble using their computer system and neither one was apologetic about the time and hassle).

As we were leaving the hotel I did talk to the person at the desk to express my frustration with the whole night and morning experiences, She was very polite, apologized , explainted that they do have a no party clause ( which I did not know about) and thanked me for calling to get security to help that poor woman.

5. I would recommend this to any traveller staying in Chicago, the only downside was Ruths Steak house restaurant attached to the hotel, the service was poor and we asked for a non smoking table only to be sat right next to the smoking area, we didnt stay for the food.
